other theory is Rumi is connected to both Haneda, and the old woman, but not hostile, seeing the looks on Rumi when she remember details about the case and one moments later collapsed is showing that she knows him personally

P.S. the scene where she disposed of the four leafed clover also could be interpreted as(in my opinion anyway), as she didn't want the one giving her that get killed, after all, the one giving her "omamori" is die

The actual reason is because this isn't the first time it's happened. Gogo will clear their comments sections once in a blue moon. I've heard it's for website loading time and performance but idk.

Both the Gunma inspector and mori are just dumb and ignorant to conan.

I think the Gunma inspector acts as a comedic foil in this show. Mouri too, but to a slightly less degree as he gets more screen time and backstory.
